Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

1. In order to use Services you have to express your consent with these Terms. You can not use Services without accepting Terms of their rendering.
2. To use the Service, You have to accept these Terms by registering in the system or by actual use of Service. In this relation, use of Service will be considered as the Acceptance of Terms.
3. You may not use these Services and may not accept the Terms, unless you are of legal age when you are free to enter into legal contracts, or in case Your resident country or country of Your current stay prohibits the use of such Services.

2. Language of Terms

1. The English version of Terms shall prevail over Your relationship with the Investimages®.
2. This translation is provided to you solely for convenience of reference.

3. Rendering of Services

1. With this, You accept that if Inventimages® blocks Your account, You could loose access to Services, Your account data, any files and other data stored therein.

4. Refund

1. Refund can be issued within 2 weeks since purchase date in case the customer is not satisfied with the product, at sole discretion of the Studio, after it processes and approves the problem. In case of return, the customer has to delete any files, made using this product, and shall not use the product afterwards.
2. The refund is not applicable for digital media files (3D-models, textures, photos, pictures, collections, vector images, batches, archives, materials, scenario, forms, texts, e-books), which you receive by downloading.

5. Use of Services

1. Additional personal data can be required during registration to receive access to certain Services (i.e., personal and contact data) or during authorization process to continue using the Services. With this, You agree that any data You provide during registration shall be correct, accurate and actual.
2. You agree to use Service only for the purpose, intended by the Terms and any applicable laws, provisions, normal practice or regulations in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. You agree not to gain (or try to gain) access to any Services in any other way except via the interface, provided by inventimages ®.
4. You agree not to carry out any activities, which prevent the use of Services (or interfere the operation of relevant servers or networks, connected to Services) or hinder rendering of Services.
5. You agree not to copy, duplicate, sell, market or resell the Service for any purpose.
6. You agree that You bear a sole responsibility (and that inventimages ® shall not respond to You or to any third parties) for any breach of Your liabilities, provided by these Terms, as well as for any circumstances thereof (including any losses or damage, accrued by inventimages ®).

6. Account security

1. You agree and acknowledge Your responsibility for safe storage of the password used by You to access the Services.
2. With this You agree to bear sole responsibility before inventmages ® for any actions done using Your account.
3. If You are aware of any unauthorized use of Your password or account, You agree to inform inventmages ® immediately.

7.Non-intercourse with inventimages

1. If You want to stop Your relationship with inventimages, You can inform the administration thereof at any time.
2. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, in case:
3. You breach any provision of the Terms (or make an action evidencing You do not intend or cannot comply with the provisions of the Terms);
4. it is legally required (i.e., if provisioning You with the Services is or becomes illegal);
5. we stop providing Services on Your resident territory or the territory of using the Services;
6. Inventimages does not consider it any longer merchantable to provide You with the Services.
